Located in a nice area with excellent pricing and a friendly team. The room was cozy, meeting all our requirements for an overnight stay.
Staff provided exceptional service and were very considerate! The rooms were immaculate and pleasant. It’s conveniently located near China Town, a trolley stop, and a delightful pizza place.
During my recent visit, I experienced outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always respectful, and responsive to our needs. The room, though not modern, was clean and provided all our necessities. The proximity to China Town and Union Square was ideal. Breakfast options were plentiful, including eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, bread, coffee, fruits, and juices. The staff's superb service truly made our stay special, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel!
We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the superb location. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, and China Town. Public transport nearby made commuting easy, and parking our car in a garage a block away allowed us to use public transportation throughout San Francisco. The Hop On Hop Off Bus stop at Union Square was less than a 10-minute walk away.
The check-in process was smooth and the location is fantastic, just a block away from Chinatown and minutes from Muni and other public transportation, simplifying travel to attractions. The room was comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay.
The quality of the toiletries, including shampoo and body lotion, was excellent. Both the breakfast and the staff were satisfactory, and the location was ideal.
Although our stay was short, the staff were incredibly welcoming, even at 2 a.m., and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were also delicious.
